Mostly what the title, I would like for image posts to be marked as read after the image is opened, instead of only when the post is upvoted.

I like the button in general, however as I am left handed it happens regularly that I accidentally hit the back to top button while scrolling. I suggest adding an option to move the floating button to the other side of the screen.

This is an amazing app! I think it would be great if it would be possible to change the floating button colours.

Submitting a request for the ability to views users' instance info anywhere a username is displayed. So for example, in the posts list and comments list, a username would be displayed like this:

@[email protected]

If the user has set a display name, then still show the instance info, but remove the @ before the username to indicate that it's a display name, like this:

[email protected]

And have a toggle for this in the options so users can decide whether they want to display instance info next to usernames or not.

It's not that big of a deal, but I like having that extra little bit of info about users when I'm browsing through lemmy.

I'm so fucking tired of seeing lemmynsfw.com shit on All+Hot. Nothing against the instance of course.

I think Lemmy itself doesn't have that functionality, but maybe the app could allow us to filter out certain instances (not just individual communities) at the feed level?

There's only an option to display the thumbnail on the right side, but no option to hide it completely.

I feel like the subscribe button could be more obvious. Especially to show whether you are subscribed to a sub or not.

It would be nice with a checkbox or something in the main view, to filter NSFW content on/off. Depending on the day, NSFW posts can take a lot of space on your feed.

An easily accessible on/off would be really nice

Trying this app out after using Jerboa for the last few weeks. One thing Im really missing is having the community avatar next to the name of the community, and for that matter the title of the image/post along with what the community is before the actual image is shown. This format helps give context before giving the actual content. A simple example is a meme or joke where the title is the setup to the joke and the image is the punchline. Another situation is with NSFW content. Having the title and community name be before the image helps give a preview if it's actually a blurred image you want to reveal.

Having poster and community avatars/logos just helps with organizing and giving you more context on who is posting where
