Sudden decrease in votes on [email protected] after 0.19 upgrade

This is the chart of the votes for the latest posts on [email protected].

~~This may be just a coincidence, but~~ [EDIT: there seems to be some kind of bug, see comments for more info] I find a bit weird that the votes went down to almost zero exactly when lemm.ee[^{1] and feddit.de[}2] upgraded to v0.19.

Interesting. Could be related to the outbound federation bug 0.19.0 had.
- From what I see:
  feddit.de is on BE: 0.19.1
  lemm.ee is on BE: 0.19.1-rc.1
  I don't know in which version was the bug fixed.
  
  Either 19.1 or rc.1 fixes the bug from what I saw.
  But the question then becomes when the last post was made to apocalyptic art. From my quick glance it was 4 days ago on the lemmy.ml mirror, which seems behind the most recent posts on the actual community. Lemmy.ml is on the newest version.
  So my guess is that there’s some general federation issue, possibly on the feddit.de end, which is causing some things to get dropped.
  If that’s not the issue, then there could be a similar bug that hasn’t yet been noticed.

- I can see your comment from lemmy.today and on lemmy.ml and on kbin.social.
  I can see a response to you from @dandroid on lemmy.today and on lemmy.ml. I cannot see that response from kbin.social.

I'm getting a LemmyAPIException when I try to upvote since yesterday. Now I notice I'm getting the same error when I try to post from the app.

I'm gonna hold out until 0.19 is more stable.

I am just now seeing this. The problem has finally been fixed :) It was indeed a federation bug with 0.19.1.
ApocalypticArt can live again!
