From 1 Thessalonians 5

I'll prefer an anti-communist christian to a communist asshole, always.It still feels however that christianity failed in the past ? And it still feels that it was because they weren't christian enough.Since i won't ever manage to reach the status of a true christian in my lifetime it's more than enough for me, but sure, those saying that we don't need religion to strive for virtue are right, although it won't happen naturally, and we didn't replace religion with moral teachings(, or anything at all).
