Clowns in Horror?

Do you consider killer clowns in horror to be important to juggalo culture? I just watched Clown (2014) and I was thinking about this. Killer Klowns from Outer Space, It, Art, Wrinkles, etc. Who's your favorite? As a character, Art is horrible and great. Killer Klowns from Outer Space though is probably my favorite movie about killer clowns.
