so i made a small batch of tarhana (mug for scale)

I tried to make it vegan so the only bacteria going in is basically from a packet of active yeast and boy howdy it's active as shit, this maybe doubled in size and it's been 2 hours. I don't know why i thought i needed like 3Ib of tomatoes and 2Ib of peppers and like 3.5Ib of flour to make a small test batch (other stuff went in too obviously but yeah)

I hope it turns out good because it's literally 10Ib of it. I MADE THIS AT HOME IN MY OWN TIME WITH MY OWN MONEY WHEN I COULD HAVE JUST FUCKED AROUND AT WORK AHHHHH
