Worker owned and Non-Profit companies should not have a free pass to be anti-consumer.

I hate when people pretend that a owner owned and non- profit companies can never do any wrong.

If any company did something againest consumers, they should be boycotted till they fix their behavior or correct their mistakes.

It's like, one of the things I started seeing people giving a free pass for so long is paywalls and overflowing amount of trackers for news organizations.

I have no problem with companies that might provide some weekly or even monthly articles under a paywall, but paywalling every article is anti consumer. I also have no problem with companies that have a moderate amount of trackers, but I should not trade my soul to read articles, news websites need to choose carefully what to include on their websites.

If you gonna have all the trackers in the world, then at least raise the value of your product, for news that means license them under a free license(Creative Commons,...etc) so I actually get a article in exchange for allowing the trackers in your website. O

Sex commercialization is one of the worst things that happen to humanity.

Just to be clear here, I have no problem with people who have sex frequently without commitment, my problem with people who invented sexual commodities.

It's like if someone went and created a friend renting service and that service became viral, that will fuck up the society kind of the same way because you took something that should be formed normally or in social events and turned it into a transaction to turn 2 strangers into friends.

As a extra note, I miss the days where the NSFW spaces online was not a marketplace for sex products and services.

A lot of actors/performers lose their skills as they age, yet everyone acts like they're still great.

It's common to see popular actors continue to work into their 50's and beyond, but they often lose their talent and it's really obvious. Some continue to stay lucid, but the vast majority just give cringe worthy performances and no one says anything because it's seen as disrespectful. It's painful to watch someone who is just phoning it in or who looks like they don't even know where they are. I love Winona Ryder, but her performance in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice was awful. She just had the same expression on her face the entire movie, and she's not even that old. Robert De Niro, Harrison Ford, Eddie Murphy, Liam Neeson...they've all gone down hill really fast, yet somehow their movies keep selling and remain popular.

There's nothing wrong with believing in and having faith in God.

Baptized Catholic, family converted to strict Christianity after that then early adulthood I considered myself agnostic.

Now I'd say agnostic Christian but that's contradictory. Maybe spiritual? Idk

I don't go to church and do things like that as why I say that.

I don't like force what I believe in on other people. Common sense says that is not my place and also rude. I don't wish to convert people. I'm not on a mission to 'shove it down throats'

It's the little things that show me God is looking out for me. I've got my own set of things im dealing with as everyone else does too.

But finding my vape (I lose it a lot) and then getting an urge to make my bed and suddenly finding it ?

That's a miracle. Little things like that. Needing extra and then being bored decided to go through my old purses and found 100 dollars?

Those things are HUGE to me. Relieve so much stress. And they seldom happen. I'm thankful for a lot.

    I'm grateful for those moments.

    Legalize Geese Hunting More

Geese overpopulate in some areas due to government protections

They arrogantly clog up driving spaces without moving unlike other animals

They spread waste all over sidewalks in some areas

They are a source of food and should be hunted down to smaller populations or gotten rid of in some areas as they weren't as populated there before

Opinions on legalizing geese hunting and encouraging it more?

"Intellectual Property" Kind of Isn't or Shouldn't be a Thing

I see some articles REEEEEEing because AI trains on copyrighted data, so certain artists feel they aren't going to get compensated for their work, and there's a lot of question about if AI creations even can be protected by copyright

Yet there seem to be very few questioning the assumption that we should have a thing such as "intellectual property" in the first place. It's kind of a fiction, it's not like physical goods where I either have a thing in my hand or it's in your hand. We can take a copy of a picture and share it freely with very little cost.

Personally I find "intellectual property" to be anti-capitalist and it seems to stand in the way of innovation and growth (and that isn't even getting in to how it's been "weaponized" like with big companies acting as "patent trolls" who buy up patents and make it difficult for small businesses to create and sell anything without infringing on an obscure patent of these large corporations)

Intellectual Property: sounds good in theor

Fake Boobs Are Better Than Natural Breasts.

    I have natural boobs.

But, in my opinion, fake tits just look so much better. Not big ass basketball size tits. But the ones that are done really well with really good material that makes them not feel fake.

I feel like more women like having fake tits over guys who perfer them. It's weird that most guys I've had this debate with perfer natural boobs.

Real boobs are not circular round, I personally think that's fucking ugly as shit.

Fake boobs are rounder they look much more esthetically pleasing and compliment the body much more. Giving a curvaceous look. Very beautiful in my opinion.

Not to mention, real boobs look even more like shit after a woman had kids.

I don't get why guys talk shit about fake boobs so much. Like are they really that fucking terrible?

"Gender Dysphoria" and Associated Confusions Come from A Lack of "Gender Roles"

This came up as being discussed somewhere else but it's a conclusion I've drawn as well or had my own thoughts on

Many women are being educated to have careers "like men" today (women don't work all the same jobs as men, but that's the idea that's put out there)

So they both are often educated alongside men, and then are supposed to work alongside men. Only a couple generations ago this was not the case.

Men likewise are being educated alongside girls, and are being taught to be girls basically. They aren't taught to "be real men" except maybe retroactively sometimes after some problem arises where some "masculine skill" is demanded of them.

This at the root of it leads to a loss of "gender identity" and easily leads to people wanting to date or "marry" the same gender as them, or to switch their genders. The society itself literally has "gender dysphoria" and doesn't treat men as men or women as women. (You could by the same token call the society as a whole "gay" or "bi" in how i

I think porn is unhealthy for a relationship and for men and women in general

What's funny, is you'll get women on the opposite side saying that pornography is empowering to women.

But then at the same time, you'll get women who complain that it's degrading.

Most of the women in the sex industry have been sexually abused in their lives this is usually why they fall into that type of work.

So I do not think that it should be glamoroized or something to aspire to.

It gives men unrealistic expectations of beauty and sex and it affects women's self-image and feelings of self-worth.

I would have to say what pisses me off the most about this topic, is how not just men but women, normalize it and make it as though that the people who have a problem with pornography are selfish and that somehow they are the ones with the problem in the relationship.

I'm not a Christian I consider myself agnostic but I think that sex is sacred.

It's been cheapened throughout history in my opinion and with pornography especially and I feel like we need to get away from that.
