I have been researching plurality for 10 years, but only recently i found out that it can be more fluid, which certainly my case. So my system is an orbital median one with adult humans, a little, middles and non-humans. My therapist encouraged me to develop relationships with my facets, which i am trying to do. Some of the facets are trying to overtake the core personality, so much fun ☺️
Hoping to find a community here that can help me navigate this process!
