GAZA, Palestine – The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) has depleted all its food stocks for families in Gaza.
Today, WFP delivered its last remaining food stocks to hot meals kitchens in the Gaza Strip. These kitchens are expected to fully run out of food in the coming days. For weeks, hot meal kitchens have been the only consistent source of food assistance for people in Gaza. Despite reaching just half the population with only 25 percent of daily food needs, they have provided a critical lifeline.

The tourist, a former combat medic in Israel’s navy reserves, said staff at the Wind Villa Hotel gave him the form after he presented his Israeli passport. The document demanded he confirm that he had never attacked civilians, killed prisoners, tortured detainees, committed sexual violence, or participated in forced displacement or looting.
The hotel reportedly requires all Israeli and Russian guests to sign the same pledge.
The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported the incident on Saturday. The Israeli tourist called the request “ridiculous and absurd,” but he eventually signed to avoid being denied a room.
