Are CSGO workshop maps not compatible with CS2? Does this mean that the 200+ custom workshop maps I have collected over the years are now no longer playable?

I cannot see any workshop maps in the game menu that I have subscribed and downloaded. I even tried to reinstall CS2 on my computer to see if that will fix the problem.

I am running CS2 on Ubuntu (Linux)

I am a total noob, but really enjoy both surfing and bhopping from time to time to get a break from regular fragging noobs ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I regularly wondered if there were maps that combine bhopping with surfing mid-run, for example you ramp up speed by surfing and there is a part where you can't reach the next slope, but you have to bhop of of a little platform in between the two slopes, or the other way around, I am sure people can find creative ways to make interesting maps.

I looked around and found none - is there a technical reason why this isn't possible? Is there just no one interested in that? Oooor: Are there awesome maps that I simply didn't find?

New to CsGo and just wanted to ask how often do we get crates?

In case you encounter a VAC verification issue.

• Steam -> CSGO -> properties -> betas (chose the newest one "1.38.3.6 - 1.38.3.6") if no download happens, choose demo.
• launch the game. Since I chose demo, I couldn't launch the game.
• close the game
• Steam -> CSGO -> properties -> betas (chose the actual patch "NONE") That works for me, hope it will work for you too! 🙂

I'm a vitality fan and I'm satisfied. The primary objective was achieved, Rio was a bonus, Blast spring was confirmation they could beat/compete with tier 1 and that Paris was not just lucky.

The early season was kind of scary when they played "scared". They would just do defaults all the time, let CTs gather info and stacking the right site, they would execute that site and lose (unless they manage to out aim the defenders).

When Jackz played they started being more aggressive on t side and became less readable. From there became the best team in the world. I'm just fell they lost to heroic because they felt back to their early season play style.

I'm also a Dupreeh since it's dignitas days and, that cloud9 game was just awesome

Huge news for CS:GO players, as per this latest update you can add -vulkan to your launch flags to run the game with the new Vulkan renderer!

According to those in the r/linux_gaming that are testing this also brings a nice performance improvement depending on the hardware (from 5-10%). Small reminder that CS:GO is one of the biggest examples of games that can run better on Linux than on Windows.

I swear this is impossible. I've tried every smoke I can find online and can't get any to be consistent.

Which smoke do you use?
