Post apocalyptic novel where the pandemic killed 99% of the population and civilisation collapsed.
Excellent in my opinion. Very well written and containing deep thoughts about what is the essence of being human.

Americanah, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie: Normally not something I'd read, but it was recommended and I found it to be an interesting glimpse into idealism and reality in Nigeria.
The Man In The High Castle, Philip K Dick: Always love me some Philip K Dick.
The Coddling of the American Mind, Greg Lukianoff and Jonathan Haidt: Interesting read. It's not exactly a new case, but it essentially argues that by emphasizing division and differences, activists are actually driving people apart, especially at the university level. It's a few years old now, and has aged pretty well.
