Hello ! For someone who wants to start programming for the VisionPro, what would be the recommended HW specs to run the visionPro simulator ? Do I have to look for 16 Go or 32 Go of RAM ?
If the vision pro is still considered a “prototype” or “beta” why would Apple sell it for $3,500? Why not sell it a thousand less then go up in price as it becomes better than the first model?
I bought one of those windshield phone mounts so that I could open google maps and use it as a gps while driving but the damn suction cup won’t stick to my windshield for longer than a few minutes. I got this brilliant idea where instead of using my phone as a gps, I could drive around with a vision pro on with a browser window open to google maps. Is anyone else going to try this?

I have been using Arc as the default browser on my Mac for the past few months and am convinced it would be the perfect browser for the Apple Vision Pro.
3D SwiftUI design that would look great in AR and VR
Spaces which could each function as "virtual monitors"
Boosts which could adapt to the AR or VR environment surrounding the window
Easels and Notes would be great in AR/VR
PiP player would become like a virtual TV
I think visionOS should be the next OS that The Browser Company prioritizes.
Your digital persona for FaceTime is only the beginning. Apple Vision can turn you into a digital replica of your face for FaceTime. As it appears in the keynote, the digital persona looks quite stiff, and it’s easy to tell that it’s not you. I am sure the technology will improve over time and become indistinguishable from our real faces. There is much more to this technology that I don’t see anyone talking about.
Augmented reality enables us to imagine anything we want onto a real object. We can use AR to place a digital couch in your room to see if it fits or replace your face in Snapchat. The vision is for others using Apple Vision to see your digital persona as your natural
Hi! Small question about something I have been curious about and found no mention of anywhere: seeing the simulator screenshots, I noticed a small anchored control center button that never seems to go out of the view, weirdly this wasn’t present in any promotional video AFAIR and I was wondering if we know more about it? Is it just specific to the simulator? Is it maybe much less visible in the actual product given the larger FOV?
What’s even weirder is that in the posted video screenshots of the simulator, it seems to lag behind the head movements and looks like this would je pretty visually disturbing if it looks like that in the end product. What do you th
