Nordic countries are also “highly” educated in the traditional sense, and part of that education has long been hammering home how having children is socially irresponsible in a global context. So, I’d say it’s less about social support or their own immediate environment and more about decades of Western culture and academia actively telling them to not reproduce or risk being seen as, or simply feeling like, bad global participants.
Also, economic security, women’s access to healthcare and early sex education contribute to their ability to follow through on that ideological shift. There’s no religion telling them to procreate but a whole lot of social cues instead telling them it’s selfish and potentially harmful to their own livelihoods, and the planet’s welfare, to do so.
Or they’re just going to keep letting them have their pointless parades and nothing will change except the public will feel they’ve “done” something until a few months when they have another parade again…

Charge them. If the court wants to be wormy fine. Charge them. Make the courts confess their two-faced practices. Bring up the charges, make them show their bare behinds to the world, publicize far and wide. Talk about it. Make some noise.

It may take time and you may experience set backs but it is attainable. You can reach a place where you can trust yourself again, and don’t let anyone inside or outside of therapy discourage you from that end goal.
Broken things can be mended. Our brain chemistry can be rewired. You may need to rely on multiple methods and tools but two steps forward one step back is still progress.
Believe in yourself, be kind to yourself and don’t let anyone convince you you’re permanently broken. You have agency, you have free will, and you can succeed. Take what heals you and find what methods work for you. I always like the visual of “kitsungi”

I suppose that both the cloves and shrimp have been traced to the same geographic area it stands to reason that this is indeed correct.
