More borderline would be "Would you sleep with someone from the opposite end of the political spectrum? How about date?" Again, I think these could lead to some fun discussion without it becoming a problem.
Regarding illegality, lemmynsfw's rules already cover that pretty well. I wouldn't put a blanket ban on discussing anything illegal. The question discussing recreational substances recently comes to mind. Plus I wouldn't want to rule out same-sex, anal, or anything else I consider perfectly ethical that is deemed illegal in some places in the world.
