  • If that's true, it's in the billionaires best interest to help, but I feel like their solutions are slavery or autonomous robots instead of wealth redistribution.

  • Thanks for your work and I appreciate your efforts in transparency on why something is blocked!

  • Probably her compassion or caring about human rights

  • It's still beta as far as I can tell, I wouldn't go expecting billions of users generating your entertainment for you

  • Given the rate and age of onset of dementia / Alzheimer's for people with ADHD, I can understand where you'd get this. But no, I wouldn't use the example as evidence of advanced aging or senility, it happens for kids, too.

  • Furthermore, the wealthy don't take cash profits to buy things, they collateralize their wealth for loans to buy yachts.

  • Red scare, don't let me down now!

  • The difficulty I see is that tech job market has already contracted, the staff don't have as much power to make their voice hears, there's still waiting lists to be employed at FAANG

  • I think, in general, people assume younger folks have the same material conditions as them at that age (or better). There's a pervasive belief that we're progressing.

  • The Organic Consumers Association cites several other studies with similar findings: A Kushi Institute analysis of nutrient data from 1975 to 1997 found that average calcium levels in 12 fresh vegetables dropped 27 percent; iron levels 37 percent; vitamin A levels 21 percent, and vitamin C levels 30 percent. A similar study of British nutrient data from 1930 to 1980, published in the British Food Journal, found that in 20 vegetables the average calcium content had declined 19 percent; iron 22 percent; and potassium 14 percent. Yet another study concluded that one would have to eat eight oranges today to derive the same amount of Vitamin A as our grandparents would have gotten from one.

Scientific American - Dirt Poor: Have Fruits and Vegetables Become Less Nutritious?

I didn't consult their methodology, but these figures aren't too out of alignment. However, take with a grain of salt. Sure, maybe Vitamin A has decreased in oranges. They have 2 out of a recommended 900 mcg of it, you were not going to eat 450 oranges to hit your vitamin A goals for the day.

  • And we can trust the reliability of the data, given the sterling reputation of Twitter and Musk himself, of course.

  • And isn't that metaphor implying is a deep humiliation to have a dick in your mouth, reserved for gay men and women?

  • As an impartial, uniformed third party, could they be trying to reach "true believers" and slowly walk them back on their wild beliefs? Almost Nnobody changes their mind by losing debates

  • I wanted to see that compared with global energy demand

  • What a weird accusation of a stranger 😂 "Don't act like you don't wear POLAR FLEECE!!"

  • Small government (for businesses) and freedom (to be a certain type of Christian)

  • I've heard about a dragon slayer on the loose

  • We've been conditioned by endless scrolls, for sure.
