Sadly, no mask blocs here in my part of FL. Well, any active ones at least. A few groups were created but they all died on the vine.

My foray into Twitter has been a failure since I can't get my account to work properly. At least I can follow people and curate a feed of sorts. Of course, they fucked up the algorithim now so everything is displayed out of order and late. I'm surprised there isn't a stronger contingent on Bluesky. Seems like the libs and trans people that migrated there would be perfect for a covid community.
I signed up and made my first post in there. It got flagged by the auto-mod so I sent them a message. This is what they replied back:
"The post is up, as it has been for a while. We’re not typically able to respond to non-urgent questions about individual posts and comments. We clear the queue a few times a day. Thank you for understanding."

Fucking THANK YOU! I despise this so much. The worst part about this is that it seems to either be all some developers are in on, a sort of unending slog that is absolutely miserable to play through until you "master" it, or games for baby brains that walk you through every single facet of the game without ever stopping.
I just want good RPGs and linear story telling games. I don't want to have to be killed 64 times in an effort to just get out of the first stage before I even get to the boss and then have to watch 3 different youtube videos specifically telling me how to kill him because he keeps 1-shotting me.
This video of the IDF just straight up assassinating two Palestinians who are just peacefully surrendering is seriously bleak. First the kicking, then they tell them to go back in and kill them, then the drop they fucking garage door on top of them. Just endlessly evil.
I was doing fine, just laying in bed and watching football, then the game ended and I saw everyone eating and having a good time and the bleakness of my life just washed over me like a wave.
My personal opinion on this one is that the virus is purposefully mutating away from more deadly strains and picking up more long lasting mutations as a way of continually perpetuating itself.
Yes she had tried many alternatives, and knew she didn't want kids, so she opted for the full roto-rooter treatment. Her quality of life improved dramatically. Obviously, this is person specific, but what I've learned above all else, through my MANY different doctors treating me for obscure injuries and long covid, is that most doctors are complete and total assholes that have no idea how to think outside of a straight line diagnosis.
For what its worth, as a male, I once had a female partner who was told the same thing about the hysterectomy. When they went to different OB's, they were told different opinions, and one said they'd do it. Might be very worth searching your area for other widely regarded OB's to see if you can get another opinion.
I've transitioned to the term Covid-militant at this point and am just berating healthcare workers down here who couldn't give less than a shit about masking. No one cares but they're the worst.
I honestly think its awesome. I live in a cave of isolation, so while it seems wildly unnecessary for me, if you could pull it off I would legitimately love to see it in action. It really seems like a neurodivergent with a large family's wet dream.
