It references the foiled 5th November plot to blow up parliament. This is celebrated every year with bonfires and fireworks. They have a song/rhyme that starts "remember remember the 5th of November".
The picture is of a south park episode where they had "memberberries". These little berries would be nostalgic for old cultural references like the Goonies, or ghostbusters. They would communicate by asking if the others "membered" something and the others would all agree that they "member" that thing.
Ive never heard that term before. I'm guessing it's some sort of shortening of "femoid" (a word I believe to have made up right now, but can imagine incels using regularly)
Theres a few paragraphs on their instant coffee, how they were chosen and prepared.
For the drip, they just vaguely mention that they had some coffee laying around. No mention of whether this was whole bean, ground fresh, roast level, brewer, papers or recipe.
I notice that both examples are of someone using personal time to do work and not the other way around.
