  • There's a whole subreddit for sink pissers and sink shitters. Something is wrong in the head with those people.

  • hmmm

  • Messy

  • I mean Bezos backed Rivian too. Or Amazon did, anyway.

  • Yeah they said they're hoping to be producing them by 2026. So likely won't be available till 2027/28

  • Makes you wonder why grocery stores don't already offer this? Many of them already have gas stations and a store app and massive parking lots. Seems like it would be an easy way to get additional revenue while providing a service people would use at a location they're going to be at anyway.

  • Oof... I'm gonna go cry now

  • Unless they come across a child wearing a hoodie and they happen to have dark skin. Then suddenly they feel frightened about their safety.

  • I thought it was making fun of American meat heads who carry guns everywhere when they really don't need to be caring guns to mundane places.

  • Hollywood stars actually need to be purchased. Similar to Guinness records.

  • I havent really used any in a serious manner. I did install DeepSeek on my PC to try out. Its pretty fun to play with, but still seems to have issues. For example, I was using it to create bread recipes and fine tune proportions to get the exact amount of dough I need. I found that its math was way off, and would give me wildly different results even when asked the same question and given the same requirements.

Im not sure how ChatGPT compares, as I dont have access to it and Im not really willing to pay for it.

  • Or maybe it's because Google's CEO isn't as white as the GOP likes them to be. Trump with his anti dei bullshit.

  • Whats taking them so long to get back online?

  • They're both LED though. LCD screens have an LED backlight these days.

  • A lot of good that does, they jacked up the rates every year so far.

    SD XL - Slow performance?

Anyone else struggling to run SD XL? Im on an older PC with a 10 gig 3080, 32GB system RAM. Using automatic1111.

Loading up the model alone is a struggle, but I was able to get stable performance (and no nan errors, or out of memory errors) by using med vram and sdp attention (as opposed to xformers, which was having errors after a generating a few images).

The real weird part it will straight up freeze up trying to load the model, or generate an image - unless I minimize my browser. Then suddenly it starts working at a decent 2.8 it/s (1024x768, DPM++ 2M SDE KARRAS, 25 samples). Needless to say, I havent even attempted to use the refiner model, as switching/loading models takes several minutes.

Just curious what everyone's experience with trying to run SD XL so far has been? The output is awesome and playing with it has been pretty fun, but frustrating.
