So who gets investigated, arrested, and charged for this? The person who used the prompt should, but what about the executive level of the company that enabled and executed it?
Absolutely. The only wild card is the US military base in Greenland. Revoke all permissions for US soldiers to leave the base. Make it an offence for them to be outside the perimeter. If they are caught, arrest them, and deport them.
