What you wrote is certifiably wrong. Turkey asked to be called ‘Türkiye’. Note that you didn't call them the correct name, despite claiming that it's no bother for you. Because ‘ü’ isn't a letter of the English alphabet, so the so-called ‘English name’ is not English.

Anyone else develop weird but specific flavor cravings?

Once in a while, particularly in hot summer evenings, I get an overwhelming hankering for anything acidic, preferably a drink. It's probably related to sweating a lot and losing electrolytes. Annoyingly, since my fridge is stocked sparingly and I don't typically consume fizzy drinks, I have to resort to munching on whatever is there: pickle juice if I'm lucky, or straight up diluting citric acid or vinegar if I'm not.

Regarding your situation: soy sauce is pretty much prescribed to you. Try also Worcestershire sauce, you'll only need a few drops of it — goes well with leafy salads. But don't go for cheap varieties, or it'll be mostly vinegar: get Lea & Perrins, Henderson's, maybe Heinz (but the latter seem to generally lean on vinegar lately).

Look also into relishes/sauces/stews/preserves made with sauteed vegetables, popular in South and Eastern Europe: e.g. lecho, ratatouille, ajvar, lyutenitsa, sataraš, peperonata, piperade. Particularly preserves made with variously prepared eggplant, like pindjur; or with roasted beans. If you're lucky, something like this might be sold in supermarkets where you are. These dishes are typically quite savory.

Are there regions of the world where local men and women have divergent accents?

There are a bunch of cultures where a ‘sacred language’ is permitted only for men, or there are distinct languages used by only men and only women. Unfortunately, my memory isn't so good as to remember what those languages are. A quick search shows that the Kallawaya language is a ‘secret language’ passed down usually from father to son, and to daughters only if a man has no sons.

Check out ‘Gender role in language’ and the topic of genderlects; Gender differences in Japanese; Nüshu script.

You could also try looking through above-mentioned sacred languages and ritual languages for whether it's mentioned that any of them are specific to a gender.

Search the web for ‘creative commons music’ — there are sites specializing in such content, but I haven't used them myself.

Note that some variants of the Creative Commons licenses require attribution, and some prohibit modification of the works or commercial use.

I mean, the themes of ‘PoA’ are somewhat more mature, so the noirish look was warranted. And from what I remember, it wasn't just a blue-and-orange palette, like in many modern films, but a pretty colorful one inside that noir feel.

Cuarón also doesn't do such palettes everywhere. ‘Y tu mamá también’ is very colorful, while the dystopian ‘Children of Men’ is accordingly subdued. So it was a choice appropriate to the events in the film, just like the installments later in the ‘HP’ series also get darker.
