  • At least for Star Trek, the non-canon stuff is hidden under the "Apocrypha" section at the bottom of each article. The Stargate wiki, on the other hand, has the non-canon junk right alongside everything else. It even displaces canon information in places. It goes so far as to insist that Michael's name is actually "Lastlight". There is no wiki page for "Michael". There is just "Lastlight": https://stargate.fandom.com/wiki/Lastlight

  • I remember disliking Gateworld for some reason, but if the community here prefers it, I can do that. Any suggestion for an alternative to use for Star Trek?

  • As your article mentions, there is no single legal definition of "narcotic". That article even mentions multiple non-sedative illicit substances as being "narcotics", such as cocaine, cannabis, etc.

  • It's official fan fiction

  • I rarely see anybody with one set, but yes, all PieFed instances allow users to set their own custom flairs next to their username for each community. Lemmy users won't see the flair, but users on any PieFed instance do!

  • When I got the idea to make this, I actually went ahead and installed that Flatpak and recorded myself playing for a while. Then I realized that it would probably be better if I just used existing footage of a skilled player actually playing a multiball for a while

  • That can be said of most narcotics

  • For how long, though?

  • Borg cubes also technically utilize a different warp technology than Starfleet vessels. Not to say the Starfleet warp tech requires an aerodynamic hull.

  • Does warp speed require an aerodynamic hull?

Who did a better stunt? Julian crawling out of a crashed car with a full rum glass, or Country Mac jumping from a bridge and sauntering out of the river with a can of beer?
