  • When was the last time you felt happy?

  • Summer of 2013. Just graduated high school and parents were fine with me taking a few months to relax before starting the job search. Once that started I became miserable again, especially once I got a job.

  • This is my problem with meeting people, only I don't like to drink (or smoke for that matter). The smell drives me insane so I don't even like being around people who do it unless I'm getting paid for it.

  • Work or myself. The second someone tries to make a conversation about either, I just shut down and give 1 or 2 word answers. I find work incredibly boring and I don't have anything interesting going on in my life.

  • In the song "Better Dig Two" by The Band Perry, the chorus has the line "I'm gonna tell the gravedigger that he better dig two". There was a good like year or so where I heard it replacing the d in gravedigger with an n.....

    Also in the song "High Horse" by Kacey Musgraves I thought it was just a really long way of saying "whores" I stead of "high horse".

  • I vote in the primaries, but for the independent ballot. None on the Dem ballot represent me by sticking too close to the centrist/center-right stances the party has. I can always find several people that speak for me on the independent ballot.

  • This is similar to how I feel. I have no problem with people believing in a religion as long as they keep it to themselves and don't try and force it on anyone. That includes their offspring. I'd say all children should be banned from religious buildings like churches and mosques until they are either a teen or legal adult. Then they can make the decision on if they want to join an organized religion.

  • It would be so interesting if humans didn't have a gender assigned at birth and could choose who they want to be.

  • This reminded me of a moment last year when I volunteered to help clean up a historical cemetery. I get there and not only was I the only guy, but all the girls were either high schoolers or like first year college kids all wearing booty shorts. My brain is making me think I look like a creep being a 30 year old surrounded by young girls in revealing clothing and also making me think "why are you doing yard work in stuff that barely protects your legs???? Who told ya'll this was ok???!!!"

  • I vote third party/independent at every chance for every level of government. I do the research to see who is putting in the effort to earn my vote and who's just sitting on their ass expecting me to give it to them by default. Last time it was PSL who basically stood for 100% of the things I did. Unless the Dems adopt their platform, I refuse to ever start supporting them.

  • Thanks. It's a problem I've dealt with most of my life that lead to me never really having friends outside a few people I talk to via text in group chats. Last year I decided to start seeking help to make my life a bit easier and it has helped, but waiting till I was 30 to work on socializing instead of doing it when I was in school has made it hard to actually make friends with people that live near me and not several states away.

  • There's always actual progressives on the ballot. It's just too many have fallen for the "lesser evil" brainwashing that they fail to see it. It's no different than the red scare crap we're still trying to kill.
