Hi hi~ just a chill fellow looking for something to scroll through when I'm bored! I'm into art, dogs, videogames, music, anime and a bunch of things!! I hope we can all get along (❁´▽`❁)✲ﾟ (My name is a reference to the genus lycaon that African wild dogs belong to!)

  • Not quite discovered but I recently started making popcorn at home and it's so good!! Before I only ever had popcorn at the cinema (where I don't go often anyway), but as it turns out buying corn kernels and making it myself makes for a cheap and tasty snack. Less recently, I tried eel sushi and really liked it!! Shame I only know of one restaurant that does it though

  • Unfortunately my stuffed animals have been relegated to living in the closet since my real animal takes up their former bed space, and also loves shredding plushies lol. But that was me until a few years ago!

  • Definitely my brother! He's two and a half years younger than me and we're basically best friends lol, do everything together (well when we can, given we live in different countries) and I just feel like we're on the same wavelength, you know? Like he understands me in a way no one else does and me with him. Even when we disagree we just figure it out and move forwards, like I think the last time we had an actual fight was when we were in middle school haha

  • The fact N64 games are behind a subscription is what really irks me. I wouldn't mind paying €5 for Harvest Moon 64 - the way you could buy retro games on the wii - but having to pay yearly, for a bunch of games (many of which I might not even be interested in) that you can't play anymore once you stop paying?   • Some weeks ago a drunk guy got on the bus and immediately started shouting and being rowdy. The bus driver got up, went up to the guy, sternly told him to get off the bus now - and the guy did lol. There was no clapping outright but everyone praised the bus driver.   • Great!! Whiskey went to the woods and dog park every day for the past week - except today because we ran into a boar in the woods and had to run back lol so no dog park either (as it's on the other side of the woods). He's also been sleeping on my mum's bed every night lately which is very cute! She doesn't live here but has to stay an extra few weeks due to an injury that needs healing - and Whiskey is very happy about it because he loves his grandma (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ♡

  • For me, what worked best has been smaller sites/communities! Specifically art/roleplay spaces (with the caveat these spaces also have a lot of drama and people who live for said drama) and virtual pet sites somehow lol. But I also feel like people online just aren't as interested in talking or having actual conversations as much as they used to, so it's less about looking in specific places and more about just... Getting lucky and finding someone on your same wavelength I suppose.

    Gaming can be another way to meet people too. Can't speak from experience there, but my brother was super involved in the Hearts of Iron IV modding community for years and made friends through it!
