  • Thank you so much! ^^Pixel art has very different techniques to other art but I still spent lot of time tweaking the proportions and line gradients pixel by pixel. Gen 2 pokemon sprites are an other impressive example what you can do with just 4 colors and 56x56 sprite.

  • I forgot to mention that the video shows 5pp for Venom Bite, but decided to change it since to more closely match thunder.Old: 5pp 120 power, 85% accuracy, 33% chance to poisonNew: 10pp 120 power, 70% accuracy, 30% chance to poison

    I decided to lower the accuracy because poison status already deals 1/8th the damage each turn and Fire blast which accuracy is 85% has only 10% effect chance. The lower accuracy then balanced by the power point increase.

  • Yea! That's why it's more useful to specify traditional, mythological or a certain type of a dragon that have become more popular in recent fantasy.

    The dragon term doesn't necessarily need a strict definition. It's just my preference that having structure is better and then you can decide how to break the norms. Although, most of these new variants share the same name 'dragon'.I still see the evolution of the term fascinating even if it is becoming more generic.

  • It's subjective and I prefer him being it's own species now since I started reading about zoology.In fictional world there's no rules, but I liked the challenge thinking what species would it be if not a dragon or a hybrid, and based it on the real-life evolution.

  • I genuinely thought symlinking these files was standard because how many people I have seen suggesting it. I have had this issue so many times when I needed to that one program updated but there's no newer libraries in AUR. Surprisingly, I haven't had issues and I've been doing this past 5 years on my personal system. So I guess I consider compiling from source next time.

  • It did brush my mind as I'm still baffled about some abortion laws even if there's no brain development. But if it was an egg, it would be hard to enforce it and some eggs aren't fertilized. I bet someone would try to outlaw having a miscarriage if they could.

  • The more you know. So it could be more likely that humans sat on their eggs to keep them warm, or they would have been limited to tropical climates. Humans would have evolved very differently regardless.
