I imagine he'll get a couple of good weeks before he ends up like the rest of the lower to mid card, a match here or there but not used a whole lot. But, like others said he did get to keep his name, so far, and his entrance didn't suck so maybe he's liked, or maybe Punk is pulling for him with management. Housekeys has been barely used since his debut from what I can tell.

I don't know that his thing is past it's date, but it's clear Chicago fans, some of the smarkiest, didn't care, and that's bad for him, Punk's friendship will only take him so far.
As to the debut itself, yeah it was pretty good outside the whole crate story. Should have just used the coffin if this was the plan all along, although then people would have thought of 'Taker, so maybe it wouldn't have worked either. I really believe WWE started that crate thing like it was something big only to have to pivot and end it with Danhausen. I'm not trying to knock him, I enjoyed his AEW work, but he's not that big of a deal.
