Ein Programm, dass sich vom Aussehen her perfekt zwischen Word, Excel und Powerpoint einsortiert. Da kommt direkt die Hoffnung auf, dass es sich auch ähnlich verhält, oder?
Aber nein! Schon mal versucht 2 Projekte gleichzeitig zu öffnen und zu vergleichen? Die werden zwar als neue Fenster aufgemacht, aber nur innerhalb des Project Hauptfensters. Man kann also nur versuchen das Hauptfenster über beide Bildschirme ziehen, immer in der Angst, einen Bildschirmrand zu berühren und es wieder auf einen der beiden Bildschirm zu maximieren. Wenn man es geschafft hat, kann man endlich beide Projekte nebeneinander anzeigen.
Verstehe einfach nicht, wer sowas durchgewunken hat.
Als jemand, der nicht im öffentlichen Dienst arbeitet, finde ich es immer schwer zu verstehen, wie sich ein und die selbe Dienstleistung, die jeder Bürger in BRD benötigt bei jeder Kommune anders umgesetzt sein kann.
Vermutlich liegt es daran, das die Gesetze zwar jeweils Ziele vorgeben, aber den Weg dorthin offen lassen. Vielleicht müsste hier zukünftig mehr auf die Rahmenbedingungen der Umsetzung eingegangen werden. Wobei auch das problematisch wird, wenn dann Vorgaben abseits jeder Realität in Gesetzen stehen.

I find it still mind blowing that HDD still improves the storage density to this day. Especially that something like HAMR works reliably and fast feels kind of crazy.
So lange es eine Legislaturperiode dauert, um so ein Urteil rechtskräftig durch alle Instanzen zu klagen haben Politiker doch gar keinen Grund auf sowas einzugehen.
Prognose wie das laufen wird:
Dieses Jahr wird als Gegenmaßnahmen das wieder nicht ausreichende Klimaschutzgesetz verabschiedet. Dagegen wird von der Opposition sofort geklagt.
Es vergeht 1 Jahr. Erstes Gericht sagt, natürlich reicht das nicht, bitte nachbessern.
Aber halt. Erstmal in Berufung gehen, ob das auch wirklich so stimmt. Und schon wieder ein Jahr rum und nichts passiert. Gleiches Spiel noch 1 mal und ups, schon wieder Wahl.
Tja da können wir dann leider leider nichts mehr machen, dass muss die nächste Regierung regeln. Wie, die muss sich erstmal 1 Jahr einarbeiten, bevor sie überhaupt etwas nachbessert? Na gut, dann warten wir noch ein wenig....

There is a small tutorial area, that is easily missed. After spawning into a new game, there is a big hole in the ground, jump down there (I think there is a guy or a message telling you to do it) and you learn the basics about fighting and other mechanics. Also with an adequately challenging mini boss at the end.
Hatte auch Probleme, dass plötzlich der Stick nicht mehr erkannt wurde. Glaube ich hatte dann die ISO nochmal neu auf den Stick gezogen mit einer anderen Software, dann ging es wieder. Ein anderes Mal hat ein paar Mal neue starten geholfen.
Und schau Mal, ob sich vielleicht secure boot wieder eingeschaltet hat, war bei mir dann die Ursache.
Maybe in hindsight it would have been better to have kept the nuclear power running, phasing out coal first and limit our CO2 emissions. (Who am I kidding, we would still emit the same amount of CO2, because we would have phased out coal already and Germany is only 2% of the problem...)
But maybe we avoided fallout in central Europe and noone will know, which version of the past we decided against.
As one of people I can tell you that they dont. (But this might also be a small sample size)
I still can’t quite wrap my head around it.
I remember from my childhood that it was a big deal when they found samples of dinosaur skin and eggshells. So I wonder, is this information simply “hidden” in the rocks surrounding the fosil bones, and can now be examined with these new techniques? Or does it take an exceptionally well-preserved sample that can now be analyzed in much greater detail, revealing more information?
Sounds like a good solution with a reasonable price for storage. I am a little sceptical, when I read good privacy and ai picture search on the same page. Is this possible without the provider having full access to all the data?
I have mixed experiences with LLMs and linux. While it helped a lot with the basics, like what partitions are needed and how to set them up or how to prepare the bios, it failed miserably, when my mint Installation on my old laptop would not boot. It got into a loop suggesting the same not working solution over and over again. The first normal search result had the correct solution that worked flawlessly (some problem with asus laptops).
I would also be frustrated, if it did break twice. Happy to hear you found something that works.
I also found CashyOs really interesting. What turned me away was the fact that it is based on arch and I read everywhere that arch is hard for newcomers to Linux. But maybe this does not apply to cachy. If nobara should break some day, i think this will be the next distro I will test.
I’m running on AMD hardware, which might help. However, I thought Nobara offers a special edition for NVIDIA GPUs to ensure better compatibility.
Also, from what I understand, there’s a lot of optimization under the hood in Nobara, and it’s recommended not to change the base packages. Maybe this does include the desktop environment as well...
Same for me. The start of the game was great. The difficulty just right. But most of the new characters are too strong. I stopped playing after I unlocked the duo upgrade, because there was simply no challenge left.
I enjoyed it long enough to still recommend it for the price, but i feel like there is so much of the game left and I am somehow sorry I will never play it...
