There is a *darr program (tdarr maybe) that you can use to on-the-fly convert media, but unless you know what you’re doing you’ll just waste power/time over looking for torrents that are already HEVC. Also, depending on the age of the content, HEVC really wont save that much space.
Lidarr and Readarr DO work, but it relies on community support for it to be incredibly accurate (IIRC Lidarr uses Musicbrainz for its backend, and unless someone had added an album there you wont ever pull metadata for it) and takes a lot more time to correctly set up and configure in my experience.
There are a few guides as far as “the best” settings for media, trash guides comes to mind but his guides are aimed at having everything in “the best format” vs saving space
Watch Season 1 DC, then both OVA’s then normal watch order (Season 2 followed by Season 3).
Directors cut is worth watching over the non DC. ~I dont believe there’s another OVA besides Frozen Bonds but ive also not finished S3 yet~ I forgot there is a second OVA. You’d watch Memory Snow first followed by Frozen Bonds
Yep, so one end to the GPU (you may have a spare 6 or 8 pin cable, this is fine it doesn’t get plugged into anything) and then the other end to the Riser
But make sure this isn’t just a GPU cable you have lying around, if it is make sure the pinout is correct or you will blow your riser card
You can make a power cable, the pinout is non-standard, but people have made them and posted schematics online. They do sell them on ebay but it’s a gamble if you get a good or bad one.
Does your XD have the risers with power taps on them? Riser 1 and 2 (or 2 and 3) should have 8 pin power taps that will supply power to your 3060.
Make sure you have dual 1100w power supplies, and the server in a room you don’t use, as the fans are likely to ramp up since the card is likely not a blower style card and the servers fans will work harder to keep it cool.
I’m sure someone else will come along that has more experience than me, and give you some more advice
The story is such a core memory to me for some reason. I know what you mean about it being a fever dream, i remember reading it in a library book as a small child then never being able to find it again until i was an adult, so Im glad someone else has been in that situation
As someone else said, this almost always comes down to the device they’re using. Especially if it’s a Playstation console or a Smart TV (in my experience) as they don’t support x265 codec or have .ass support, or both
There’s a version of the case (not sure if it’s THIS design) that has an extra printable section to fit the pebble mouse
