4k streaming, now I can only stream HD, and dolby audio support, and reduced from 3 streaming devices to 2.

AT&T includes the subscription with their cellular package, so they claim its "free". I'm also not the head of the account. But I agree.
I asked customer support what they will do about this, and they helpfully told me I could upgrade my plan by paying more money!
I swear I've seen every single company from Netflix to Disney to Spotify to Youtube to Apple doing the same sort of thing in like the past 3 months. This is GROSS.
absolutely nothing. But they said they will inform someone of my complaint. maybe if enough people complain, they will be more likely to respond? I'm doing everything I can to blow this up, even if some stuff leads nowhere its worth a try. I contacted press websites as well.
