My parents taught me to never keep my wallet in my back pocket due to the risk of causing back problems.
I didn't mention this in the post ~ but I keep both my phone & wallet in my left pocket (I have a slim wallet though).The right pocket is for keychain, pocket knife, loose coins, etc. Generally "unsorted" things.
