  • Pre-configured Artix linux with dinit, plasma, refind, and some gui installer, really fast and i think its reliable enough

  • You are right. Official Live ISOs have gui installers, I tried it once and in my opinion it lacks some features. I wanted perfect solution for me which also can be solution for someone else. I think my script contain a lot of useful stuff. Ive seen theres way to modify gui installer, but it didnt came to my mind anytime. Writing this script gave me alot of bash knowledge which for suer will be useful. Thanks for reading this :D.

  • i have almost full environment of tuis that look so beautiful, i wish my script looked like them.

there are some tui programs i use: yazi, youtube-tui,btop, fsel, rmpc, lazygit, td-tui, wiremix

  • It's nice to try booster, its so damn fast. Script will make it work for you :D.

Script is fully interactive, you can choose not to encrypt root partition. You can try it out but don't press yes on last page because it could start installation, every option is tui is just setting variable.

  • hello after a break i came back to writing this script and its actually works... the problem was that i mount /dev/sda1 to /boot/efi and not /boot, i think it needs to be in the same folder with kernel because now it works and all i have to do is actually nothing...

  • weakly written code?

  • i dont know if it will be safe because of ROOT_PASSWORD USER_PASSWORD and ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD

  • yeah i really like ultimate steve, other steves i wll have to check :D

idk how but i skippeed somehow between bodies and also i see now they have split with tiger jaws!! have to listen that.

also: Infinite Josh sounds so kuuool

  • I guess linux has more docummentation, but thats also nice option, is performace on bsd better than linux?

  • I would wipe the disk so theres no shady things, depending on what games u play, i would install linux and use encryption if you would take this laptop to public places. Performance on linux will be much smoother. I recommend endeavouros.

EDIT: also reinstall bios/uefi firmware would be nice, probably not but there might be some spying?

  • yes new album on the way, I love them a lot specially songs like getting sodas, low light assembly, you cant live there forever ofc and i love all off theemmm, still have to leasen to some songs to have whole discography checked but they are special. What are yours favourite song by them?

  • i love bsd vibes but i would have to spend so much time when i just wanna do my work, i think you know ;) Void linux was little bit too much for me so i cant imagine openbsd, actually im trying artix and i love some bsd-like things like doas instead of sudo, something other than NetworkManager, seatd turnstile acpid dinit runit etc...

  • sorry if i offend you but i tried void linux and its kinda close to openbsd and many important for me packages werent avaible and i think openbsd has even less packages? sorry for my ignorance

  • Have you find yet anything that blocks you like you dont have some packages or anything on openbsd?

  • Isn't i2c module neccessary?

  • Deleted

    Permanently Deleted

  • I would seperate work and your life. If u have fun just enjoy it, work is work

  • I have it on grapheneos in vpn mode with kill switch so if invizible is off i have no internet connection, for tor u can choose countrys close to u for entry and exit nodes, choose like 5 countries? I have i2p off because it sliws me down and i think its mainly for i2p sites connection. For dns choose servers which seems nice for u. I use adguard and quad9, also for dns i checked "require no log". Block http is also good, rogue dhcp detection. Thats most of settings i changed.
