Whoops! Forgot to exclude my #nightscout containers from auto-upgrades, which means the database went down when MongoDB released version 7 yesterday. I was wondering why my wife's phone wasn't receiving my blood sugar numbers. Just #selfhosted #diabetes things! 😅

Luckily, manually setting the Mongo container image to version 6 and re-deploying fixed it.

    Is it normal for insurance to change preferred insulin in the middle of the year?

    I just had to call my endo to change my insulin to Novolog because my insurance decided they like it better. This is after the same insurance switched me to Humalog late last year.

    I'll never understand insurance companies.
