I have anxiety. Have had for a couple years now. I would like to not feel like I am skydiving while sitting on my couch doing fucking nothing. So I feel like doing actual scary things that raise the heartrate a bit might somehow trick my system and realise that no bears are chasing me while I'm checking my email online. (And yep, I'm seeing a psych, taking meds, etc.) Just want some exposure therapy.
So tell me some (legal) scary dumb shit I can do. Thanks.
