Oh my god - thanks so much for this! I’m in Aotearoa and this has been on my radar for the last five years, but I’ve never been able to find a copy!
- Kia ora! I’d been searching for four years or so. I have a friend at a university here in Naarm, whose library has a copy. He borrowed it and I ripped and posted it. The copyright notice allows for non-commercial institutions, so I feel like I’m still respecting that. Enjoy!
