Cuba strengthens cyberspace in the midst of digital transformation

Curious to see how it plays out. Makes me think about this blogpost about the development of local intranets in Cuba.

Sounds like they're pretty underdeveloped. They're probably getting targeted by US state hackers, but it sounds like their infrastructure barely relies on the internet.
