  I just saw the post and I'm actually dumbfounded. People getting worked up and posting like mad over fully clothed cartoon drawings. 4/5 weren't even showing their shoulders.
  
  It wouldn't have been such a big deal if another thread hadn't been posted last night about that thread; it was that second one where it all went to total shit. The user who got dog-piled in the first thread made the ill-advised decision to re-litigate the argument, and got dragged hard by like 3 or 4 different people, and ultimately nuked their account.
  
  I don't even get what is there to argue about, it's not like people were posting porn or highly suggestive content or anime waifus, it was a bunch of fully clothed cartoon women.
  
  So basically in the first thread, the one user made a comment about how making Russia blonde and blue-eyed seemed kinda off, which some people took issue with, since there are blonde, blue-eyed Russians. The user made a comment about the features not being Russian-looking, and someone made a caliper joke, which got a lot of upbears. This set off the other user, and they ended up doubling down hard and arguing that the fetishization of Aryans was a bad thing--which is, of course, absolutely true, but didn't really seem relevant to a discussion about that particular image. So people didn't really accept that argument, and there was your typical acrimonious discussion that would otherwise fade into distant memory by a day or three later.
  But then in the next thread, the caliper-joke-maker said they hadn't thought much about it, leading the other user to get mad and make a bitter remark about said caliper joke, and it devolved rather predictably from there.
  
  So people were doing race science over cartoon images in which one was a blonde character?
  Like yeah the faces and hair types don't look realistic, it's a cartoon
  
  I mean, it's a reasonable point that making a character blonde and blue-eyed for no reason is potentially suspect, I think. But not when the image was drawn by a Brazilian lesbian. So...yeah.
  
  Yeah that's right, but I don't know what that has to do with the image as you said. I'm sure there are plenty of people in Russia with blonde hair and blue eyes. Its not like it was a nazi poster or they made the South African model blonde or anything
