I've finally given in and ordered an air fryer. If I do not get crisper potatoes than my small convection oven I shall be most displeased.

We took ours camping recently. Had perfect roast chicken in camping chairs in front of the fire one night - was glorious.

Nice. Portability was one factor in my decision. I'm planning on taking this up to my parent's place for Christmas to do the potatoes, as oven space tends to be at a premium.

I have a convection oven and they definitely come out crispier in the airfryer. What did you get?
