How do you make prep (i.e. douching) and cleanup less of a chore?

So I (M25) really enjoy using toys. I have plugs, dildos and a bad dragon masturbator and I also prefer to douche if I'm doing butt stuff. My problem is that I'd like to use them more, but I find prep and cleanup such a chore that I'll only open my toy drawer maybe once a month at most.
