How to leave a lot of communities at the same time?

Hi,

I am subscribed to a lot of communities.I want to leave a lot of them.Is there a way to easily select all the communities I want to leave?Now I do it one by one, but this is a lot of work.

I would love to hear how to do this in bulk.
